Terms of service

Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from purepantryco.co.uk. Please read them before ordering. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Who we are

Pure Pantry Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17230037. Registered office and trading address: Brook Farm, Smallgains Lane, Essex, CM4 9PP. Email mark@purepantryco.co.uk.

Our products

We sell food supplements. Food supplements are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Do not exceed the recommended intake. Keep out of the reach of young children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any medication, or under medical supervision, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use. Stop taking the product and seek advice if you experience any adverse reaction.

Always read the label before use. The label on the product you receive takes precedence over anything on this website.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil your order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

You must be at least 18 years old to order.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay. See our delivery policy.

The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If we spot an obvious pricing error we will contact you before dispatching and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel.

Subscriptions

  • Our monthly subscription costs £25.00 per delivery, which is £5.00 off the one-off price, and includes free standard UK delivery.
  • It renews automatically once a month until you cancel. Payment is taken on each renewal date using the payment method you provided.
  • There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time.
  • To cancel, use the account link in your order confirmation email or email mark@purepantryco.co.uk. Cancel before your next renewal date to avoid being charged again.
  • If we change the price of a subscription we will give you reasonable notice by email before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before it does.
  • Your 14-day right to cancel applies to each delivery, not only the first. See our refund policy.

Availability

We grow and make everything ourselves in limited batches, so a product may occasionally be unavailable. If we cannot supply an order we have accepted, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery options, costs and timings are set out in our delivery policy. Your right to cancel, how to return an item, and how refunds work are set out in our refund policy.

Your information

We handle personal data in line with our privacy policy.

Our responsibility to you

We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for products that are not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose.

We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made, or for business losses. Our liability in any other case is limited to the price you paid for the goods concerned.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If one occurs we will contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel and receive a refund for goods not delivered.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this site at the time you placed it.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email mark@purepantryco.co.uk and we will do our best to put it right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in the courts of the nation where you live.
