Delivery

Every order is packed and dispatched from our farm in Essex.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Options and cost

• Standard delivery — £4.99. Estimated 3–5 business days.
• Express delivery — £6.99. Estimated 1–2 business days.

Standard delivery is free on orders of £50 or more, and free on every monthly subscription order.

The delivery charge that applies to your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Timings

Estimated delivery times are counted in business days from the day your order is dispatched, and exclude weekends and public holidays. We will email you when your order is on its way.

Estimates are not guarantees. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email mark@purepantryco.co.uk and we will look into it.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are dispatched on the same schedule as one-off orders and include free standard UK delivery. Your renewal date is shown in your order confirmation email.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email mark@purepantryco.co.uk with your order number and a photograph where possible, and we will put it right.
